Adoption of New Computerized Accounting System
As part of the continuous improvement to serve our clients better, Ricoh (Philippines), Inc. will be adopting a NEW Computerized Accounting System (NEW CAS) effective June 15, 2020.
This NEW CAS will allow online printing of Sales Invoice, Billing Statement, Credit and Debit Notes and Delivery Receipt in compliance with BIR Revenue Regulation No. 18-2012. With this simplified process, RICOH can immediately provide you an advance copy of the said forms via e-mail.
For clients with fixed fees and meter billings, you will be receiving the Billing Statement instead of Sales Invoice. The Official Receipt (OR) will be the basis of your input VAT and EWT.
During the transition period, all invoices dated before June 15, will still be using the preprinted format.
