Ricoh's Quick and Easy Online Payment

How to Enroll

What to prepare :

Merchant/Company name, Subscriber name and Subscriber/Reference number

For Company/Biller:


  1. Enrollment > Company Biller > Enroll
    Step 1
  2. Select Ricoh Philippines, Inc. as your company/biller.
    Step 2
  3. Select your channel by checking the box (e.g. Online Banking), then click Submit.

For Bills Pay Merchant


  1. Login as “System Administrator”
  2. Click Administration > Enrollment > Enroll Own Accounts

  3. On the new page, click Add Merchant and fill in the form provided below.

  4. Once you’re done, click Save. System administrator should see a confirmation screen like this:

  5. Once your enrollment is confirmed, your maker should be able to start paying this merchant.
